Todays episode is brought to you by The Sleep Nurse. The Sleep Nurse is a baby/toddler/child sleep consulting service run by Hannah. Hannah is a passionate registered Nurse, a certified sleep consultant and a mother of two. Navigating the baby and toddler years is tough work. ’The Sleep Nurse’ packages deal with all the common sleep issues that parents face with their little ones such as catnapping, being unable to settle themselves in their cot/bed, early morning risings and of course- excessive overnight wakings!
Hannah provides parents with gentle, in room, “hands on” settling and resettling techniques and tailors sleep suggestions and guidance to suit your parenting style as opposed to a “one size fits all” approach.
