Sophie Walker
Hello! I live in Melbourne with my husband Jonathan. We have three little boys aged 9, 7 and 4. I have a Masters in Public Health with a major in Women’s Health.
Over the past 6 years, I have been pursuing my dreams building a resource and business that I am very proud of. Through creating the Australian Birth Stories podcast I have had the opportunity to team up with some incredible brands and companies and there is nothing I love more than a really great collaboration.

The Podcast
After a difficult first birth with my son Niko, I tried to skill myself up with as much information as possible to prepare myself for a the birth of my second child. With a two year old toddler and a part time job I found myself listening to podcasts and trying to find and listen to all things birth related. I discovered some great resources but they were all American. I wanted to hear about births in Australia.
In May 2017 I decided to start my own podcast and began by interviewing family and friends. The podcast grew very fast and I have now released 480 episodes and have 9000 women wanting to share their birth stories.
