I found this to be a really great resource. It’s perfect when you’re collecting all the information and getting informed on future decisions. It’s 10 sessions and gives you a good but brief overall to each topic. The only segment I didn’t enjoy the chat with Rhea Dempsey, as I found it to be less factual and more Rhea stressing her opinions and frustrations with modern birthing culture, rather than actually being helpful with information. Other than that all the speaker were very professional and knowledgeable. I also did feel that it was expensive for a pre recorded audio but still would recommend to pregnant friends.

Everything you need to know!
I loved the way the lessons are split into different sections, it feels quick and easy to listen to a lesson. Picked up so many great tips along the way and every aspect of birth and early motherhood is thoroughly covered. Highly recommended!

Amazing resource!
My husband and I love the birth bundle, as it gave us an opportunity to learn in a self paced and flexible way. It was great to be able to listen to the episodes together, and to discuss. The information was informative without being overwhelming. Highly recommend!

I feel so empowered by the Birth Bundle
Thanks to the amazing Birth Bundle, I've made some really tough, but necessary, choices about the kind of birth I'd like, and who is best to support me to achieve it. Since listening to the bundle I've hired a doula and chosen a new birth partner (I'm a SMBC). I feel so much more relaxed as a result of everything I've learnt, and I'm excited to continue learning once the bubwa arrives (in the next 7 weeks). Thanks so much to Sophie and all the amazing contributors to the bundle, you've made all the difference in my birth journey.

A well of knowledge and information
First time mum here, and this has been the best investment during my pregnancy so far. I had an idea of what kind of birth I wished to have, but as we all know births don't always go to plan, so I really wanted to know about all the options out there, so when the time comes, if we have to adapt, I'll have an idea of what it is being suggested. My favourite part of the class is that it is a recorded version, so it gives me time to take it all in and process and then discuss any question with my midwife in person. Information is power, and I am sure this bundle is offering me what I need to feel empowered in this journey.

Great preparation for birth and mamahood 😊
I've been a long term listener to ABS throughout my pregnancies and unfortunate losses. This time I bought the birth bundle at 23 weeks and on my way listening through the interviews for the second time in my 3rd trimester. Feeling more sure going into this experience having covered the unexpected as well as expected outcomes of labour. Thank you
